Go down to the potter's house, and there I will give you my message. So I went down to the potter's house, and I saw him working at the wheel. But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. (NIV)

Greetings! Beloved in the name of Christ our Savior. I am so excited about the opportunities for change that the Lord has placed before us. I choose to reflect upon the changes within our ministry as an opportunity to stretch ourselves in order to become what God who is the Potter wants us to be.

Change is by no means an easy proposition, due to the adjustments that each of us will have to make inwardly. I perceive that there is greatness within each of us because we are the children of an awesome God. As we ponder the newness of this year and reflect upon what we believe God would have us to do, remember you are not doing it alone. The Holy Spirit delights in guiding us and showing us the way to God's destiny for our lives. All we have to do is seek him in earnest and respond to the directions that are placed before us.

Corporately and personally God is changing' Star,' from what she was years ago that we might perform his will more effectively and efficiently. We are called to allow Christ to live his life in and through us on a daily basis. We have the Holy Spirit, which means we have been granted God's creative power to change and to better ourselves for Christ's sake. Remember with God nothing is impossible!
