Today, I acknowledge that I am important to God. I vow to take time for myself. I promise to set aside time to energetically embrace and nourish my spirit, mind, and body, understanding that the moments I spend in restoring, rejuvenating, and nurturing myself will permit me to, whole heartedly, contribute to those around me.
